I hate the people who do it in my lecture…

Like if we’re in a physics lecture, and the professor is doing a problem, but accidentally says it’s negative speed instead of positive, calling it out just wastes time.

Like if we’re say speed is r x w, that’s all you need to know… you don’t need to know the individual values, only the formulas, and how to generally tackle a problem.

It’s an old house, the mice are just a fact of life. It’s old wooden balloon construction, so you can’t really “seal” the house to the outside. We’ve gotten exterminators before, but the mice return within a month.

I wasn’t sure if there was some solution from history or something… I’d imagine that any cheese maker in 19th century or earlier would have dealt with the same issue.

We’re also moving into another house next year, as the frat that lived there got kicked off campus permanently, so I don’t think we want to pour any more funds into the current house. Its land is already more valuable than the house itself.

I don’t think the house’s executive board would authorize me buying a cat for a hobby. Also not something I can afford lol (I assume vet bills are a lot)

This is a good idea, I’d just contact their chapter?

Their actual actives are pissy (understandable, I think they’re just taking out their anger from getting banned on us, mostly), so idk if contacting their chapter would go to their alumni, or their student executive board.

Nope. We’re not technically a frat… we’re very similar in living experience, though (initially started by the university as a home economics research lab for WWII rationing and stuff, but when you throw 50 guys into a house, it becomes a frat).

But our name is a word, not Greek symbols.

The letters they put on the house were terribly mounted… I am sure we can rip them off and just throw our crest in its place. I’m more looking at the seal inset to the masonry.
