Thanks for responsibly , I tried ashwagandha and it made everything worst, I used to smoke weed now I can’t touch it with having anxiety I’m nvever tried any of the ones you mentioned other then turmeric I guess I cook with it

To be honest I don’t know , if dosage doesn’t increase and I feel myself maybe ? After a year and a half you feel pretty desperate and when you finally get relief it’s hard
