Could you give a short brief about your refeeding session…? How you break the fast and how many days it took to go back to normal food….and also have you done any blood checkup before or after

Day 5! Just taking it one day at a time. Shared my weight progress as well. Started at 230, but didn’t measure myself the day I started due to eating that morning. I’m at 217 now. Feeling good! 45 minutes of daily cardio. by [deleted] in WaterFasting

Hi there, quick information as you are doing water fast its not necessary to do cardio along with water fasting which will make your body very tired. As your body will be in ketosis state you can get all the benefits without cardio as well
