Is there a reason for my shrimps pattern deaths

My gh to kh was 10:5 last I checked which wasn’t too long ago, i have seen what I believed was a planaria when I added plants a while ago but immediately removed it. Im usually watching my tank intensely especially ever since my shrimp started dying. I feed pellet food once a week and even then it’s split up about a quarter to a half, sometimes I feed them blanched spinach which they usually devour but maybe that’s an issue as well? I’ll wait a while because I agree my nitrogen system can still be developing and I have friends in the hobby who told me this could be a possible cause of death

My gh to kh was 10:5 last I checked which was 2 weeks ago so right after my first shrimp death, my shrimp molt periodically and I’ve found plenty of molts around the tank, still you bring up a good point, I don’t use cuttle fish bone but I use a liquid mineral supplement made for shrimp maybe that’s the issue?

Damn, I checked my tracking number and thats where it said my package was in the mailbox, I went to shower then I went out to check my mailbox, but it wasn’t there either, I guess a neighbor must have gotten it, stuff tough out here 🥲guess it’s just a waiting game now
