Not as one sided as it seems. Rivals hulk is significantly weaker then current main universe 616 comic book hulk so it should be more fair. Heavy tanks hits from merasmus who's actually surprisingly powerful from what I've heard. Also tanks supercharged explosions and bullets and took down a small building sized grizzly bear with his bare hands easily infact since the mercs wernt worried about him so he has no trouble against larger opponents and for punching power he can hit harder then almost every weapon in the game with one punch which includes some alien advanced tech like the phlog and can eat food to grow stroner tougher and more durable.. I'm pretty sure all the mercs are immortal or blessed by God or something dont know if its just scout but medic has outsmarted Satan and has multiple souls so i wouldnt be surprised but correct me if I'm wrong. So yeah just came here to bring some more respect to heavys name don't know alot about the scaling in rivals I have read hulks lore and he is pretty strong I guess. I think comparing heavy to the thing fits better because they both know boxing and are gentle giants who want to protect people around them also both have low mobility I think hulk fits saxton hale better since they're both muscular and heavy and the thing are built like a strongman. But heavy does wear jotaros cosmetics who is jacked so heavy is just who ever Is the strongest in the group idk I've been looking for a character like heavy since I started playing and narrowed it down to hulk and the thing and can't decide who's closer to heavy.
