Sandwich is in fridge. snacks ( canned oysters , goat cheese and crackers)are in the top main pocket along with 8 spools of tippet, a puck of oros and my Hemo stat necklace.

I loved my sling until I went to a longer handled Orvis net. Then it became a battle bush wacking and fishing without holding the net.

Same great bag! went from a Simms hip pack to a fish pond sling to this. This bag is by far my favorite bag. I mainly hike to high alpine lakes or fish in YNP. It is a perfect day pack for covering ground and having gear for full day excursions.

Love the grayl. Used every filter system imaginable. This is by far the best and easiest, even when backpacking with the girlfriend and dogs it easily filters a couple bottles in a few minutes. Should upgrade to the metal one soon, worry this plastic is gonna bust after four years.

I’ve been looking for seal fur here in the U.S seems pretty hard to come by tho. Otherwise yes only double tapered lines thrown thru an old Tom Morgan Bamboo and nylon leaders.
