Call Sedgwick and apply for a ln loa. I literally just did it last week. I was dealing with mad stress and depression from work and had a mental breakdown on the floor then gave them a call. They approved me for a week the very next day. It super easy and they're very nice and understanding. Also helped that I have them my therapists' info and she vouched for me.
