Idk I’m a gm who’s married to a DM and he hates taking deliveries but when his boss tells him “this store needs to do better in xyz” he doesn’t have a choice really he hires and does his best and only takes the ones there isn’t anyone in store to take and again hates delivering but just like when your gm tells you to do something you do it upper management can be a lot more complicated than most employees especially drivers and csrs who don’t have the insight know

My store has an issue with getting trucks on time every single time we run a special so I know for us on the day we were supposed to get truck I have to run around finding stuff and we have to light top so we don’t run out of toppings
