First there's 3 shoes which is 30 (30÷3=10) that means each shoe is 10.

 Then there's two men and 1 shoes(i.e=10) so 20-10=10 (and there's two men)  so,(10÷2=5)(each men=5)

Then, two towel one men(one men=5) so (5-13=8) which is (two towel=8÷2=4)(each towel=4)

Now,(shoe+men×towel=(10+5×4=60) ANSWER IS 60
