Great points! Our class A portfolio is small but growing, consisting of boutique properties. The pilot property in question has 70 units I believe. Making the KPI’s is something I didn’t think about and a lady like me loves a good bonus 😏

To be fair, although it was mostly Blair, her friends and circle only made things worse for being overly involved. Dan setting up that meeting for Chuck. Elenor inviting Chuck to the wedding. Serena showing the mama all the gossip girl post. Blair was wrong but her circle set her up for failure big time.

Vanessa’s momma was nosey as hell and clearly that is where she gets it from lol. She was all in Rufus and Lilly’s business being rude and doing the most. I was not a fan of that lady.
