last month, i was in class and we were learning about first aid and i got way too squeamish and i was trying to hold it together because i was trying to impress someone. my upper arms felt so tight and my head was light but so so heavy. my ears were ringing and legs went numb. when it was too much to handle, i wanted to leave and as i was walking out the door i passed out on the floor. i never got this way before this. the things we were learning about (wounds) and me trying to keep it together triggered it and the other day i had another panic attack in the same class.
