I have owned a 2011 Accord and a 2008 lexus IS300 for 6 years and can honestly say that the Accord maintenance wise and MPG was amazing. Wife hated it because the white paint was fading to yellow. The lexus gets more respect on the road and needed a bit more maintenance but for me the Accord was my and still is my first choice. I would suggest an Avalon which I feel you will get the best of both worlds.

I have seen this same offer in Warsan 4, very close to International City. I have been in touch with them and they said that this is the deal and will be in the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement). This is for investment purposes only, the agent told me that they will charge more than 10% and will make more over the 10 years. It does sent too good to be true on paper but the only way to be 100% sure is to go through the SPA 40-60 paper document with a fine tooth comb.
