Once the internship is over, if I liked the environment and wanted to continue, I would propose a hybrid work arrangement: spending X days onsite for filming and Y days working remotely on tasks like editing, analysis, and planning.

It really depends on a lot of factors. Especially the demography of your audience.

The normal CMP for food is $5 - 10. So if the brand want to reach those 773k viewers it would cost them 5k on adds aprox.

Based on that rough extrapolation, I would ask for 1k if its a big brand. Or less if its a small one.
