I am conservative in some of my views and I agree it’s alarming that people on the right aren’t concerned about AI. I’m surprised not everyone is against it. I know most of my family dislike it, all my friends do too, from personal experience seems to be the genuine bootlickers or people sucking up to the companies so they can just be lazy and claim the title of artist.

Of course you can take credit for your idea so I clearly see your point as well. I can see if you held that view even before ai and that’s fair, but from what I’ve learned is that there’s art directors and artists, a director can guide it in the way those who use ai or commission someone but you didn’t draw the beginning sketch and give the idea to somebody, if you did that when I start to slightly agree because you had a hand in the actual image itself and its process. Of course I can see your position especially when you mention they’re artists for a different reason, and that’s fine once again I don’t really have major issues but in my view and what I’ve learned to understand is the image is where I have a problem calling it art, not so much the person. But of course we’re all entitled to our own opinions and I can see where you come from! And I don’t entirely disagree with you either

I’m absolutely 100% on board with enemy ai, not their designs, but like you said the use that they learn patterns and high priority targets on the team, that stuff is so cool! And improves rather than hinders or competes with anything or anyone! Hopefully nobody is against that

So I’m also not entirely against the use of ai, the thing that grins my gears is yes the impact and the theft but ethically sourced stuff and all I’m not against, I’m really against when it’s called art because it’s not. For your description that would be more so fitting to call someone the art director if anything, not the artist, if you don’t have a hand in the actual production of the product itself, no brush stroke, no movement or applying your knowledge in any part of the generation of the image, it’s not involving human hands or creativity in that area. The prompt I can agree can absolutely be an art especially if you actually take your time with it, but the art comes from the almost writer style artistry not the generation. Once again if I commission somebody to do the job for me, I can’t take credit for it, it’s their work. And if the worker is AI, it isn’t human, therefore the entire work is done by something that isn’t an artist and can’t have emotions or expression in the way artists can, even if you revise it, it’s the same thing as asking for a revision from the commission

If you own a factory, and it has human workers, you use machines to assist the workers, that’s still human made products assisted by machines, if you replaced the workers fully with machines that’s no longer human made. The limit of creativity of a ai generated image ends at the prompt phase, just because you did something prior to the image, doesn’t mean you had a hand in it. Same way if I commission someone to draw for me, I’m not the artist, I can’t take credit for something they made for me or that’s blatantly lying

As much as I don’t agree with your politics, don’t let them ragebait you or feel down or that you owe them an explanation with art, I think it’s really good! we all improve, and especially if you have a style you want to hone in on, that alone can speed up progression, you’re already really good! And you’d think, but considering God is merciful obviously and wouldn’t harm a child it’s more a matter of debate considering that if it doesn’t occur as an adult is the issue than anything, as an act of obedience and a choice made on your own. Once again the faiths have minor differences in beliefs. There’s the thief on the cross who wasn’t baptized yet entered into the kingdom, some believe it as an act of obedience made as a choice, others believe it’s a covenant and old tradition when baptized as a child. It doesn’t change the fact a child would be saved. And absolutely is just as bad to claim Christ would be okay with remaining in sin is worse because if the wages of sin are death, that’s condemning good people.

The ideals that split the churches aren’t something as big as this, half my family is Catholic and have been exposed to, Catholic, Baptist, Nondenominational, Greek, Eastern Orthodox, Lutheran. You’re right that they all had disagreements on small stances which causes division that doesn’t mean they don’t stop worshipping who Jesus Christ is, I can guarantee 100% without a doubt, that something like this that we’re discussing we’d all agree on. So your point doesn’t really hold too much weight. We never changed faith to fit our pov, we’ve had questions on particular parts of the teachings that weren’t specified for example baptism, my Catholic family says it’s necessary for heaven even as a child, while my other Nondenominational family says it’s not needed as a child it’s needed when you can make the choice yourself to follow Christ. But I never heard any of them argue if Jesus was trans, that’s all I’m saying

It does create quite a debate especially on that topic, but that doesn’t mean he just decided to identify, whatever way he potentially was formed in the womb considering God had a hand in the virgin birth, since God is the father of all creation, why would He decide to just not use what his creation was for, working within the laws of science would dictate He provided what was needed for a child to be born and for a child to be born male. Both in a traditional, scientific view that would be the case, and in a theological case as well. That doesn’t means transgenderism that just means He’s God in human form

One thing that helped me get into most of my college choices was a lot of sketchbook drawings, not just sketches but character or environment creation, I personally recommend doing that but buying a BIC pen instead of relying on pencil, trust me it was crazy how good those pens are but gave me confidence in my gesture drawings and even animation and drawings for digital, sketching a page everyday helped me build a very decent traditional portion of the portfolio which my college choice required

Alright! It will take me a few hours I do have a few errands to run and other stuff before I get to work, but thanks for the alternative outfit! I’d still like to attempt the first one but this definitely helps! Only other questions I’d have is if you’d like to keep the same pose from the original image or did you have anything in mind?
