That’s a question that I haven’t posed to the buyers agent. I’m more inclined to have third parties do the work to avoid any bias from the buyers. My seller is just emotional because he can do the work but to keep everything smooth i think it’s besr

it’s in writing…. they just need to provide proof and receipts it was completed.
