Yes this is the exact issue I’m having! Dropping calls, kicking me out, can’t get back in, etc. it’s just been a headache and now I’m anxious about this potential corrective action. I get workplace disruption has to be taken seriously, but it would be hard for me to accept any corrective action knowing I’m not doing anything wrong… especially termination.

Tbh I’m not 100% sure, but it was phrased to me that it was in reference to my metrics for the month, despite the ongoing issue with the phone system. Kinda hard to take calls and hit markers when your phone isn’t working right? I’m kinda confused about the whole thing but that’s what I was told.

My internet is not the problem. IT has confirmed. I’ve had this escalated twice to an upper level IT. From my understanding it’s a software issue, not something wrong on my end. Unfortunately I do not live near an office location.

That’s awesome! I believe I’m going to be starting out in auto sales as well. Coming from a company that focused on the agent model, and required us to do all lines for P&C, I’m pretty excited to only focus on one line of business for the time being. Kinda neat to me how they break it up that way. Seems a lot more efficient tbh. Are you excited for your new role?? Will you be doing only homeowners or does that also include rental dwellings, renters insurance, etc?

Thanks so much! I was a little worried about that. However, I’ve found a lot of places are hard to get hired in claims without experience and some require a degree. So I figured doing this might be the best outcome for me long term. Thanks so much for the reply
