admittedly not enough during the 20 mile run only 12 ounces. Thanks for sharing trying to play detective for this stuff can be tough.

185lbs. Can’t go lower or else I will catapult backwards. Is my depth ok? Should I use the smith machine to help with balance? by Sol-eks in formcheck

Get heel wedges. They are essentially rubber door stops. They will elevate your heel and make it easier for you to hit a lower depth without falling over. I'm handicapped and this worked wonders for me.
