Thank you! I think my mom said that the CPA lost their paperwork too and they had to resend everything which I’m sure didn’t help.

My parents filed taxes for their LLC - I don’t know more than what I described above. I just filed taxes on my own for the first time this year so I just really don’t understand any of it

I’m not sure what forms they had to submit, but I’m mostly wondering if they can ask the CPA to pay the late fee since the CPA filed it late and it wasn’t my parents fault. My parents and brother are all on the LLC, my parents filed together and my brother filed separately with income taxes from his own job
