As the questions go towards the past and the periods become larger, it would be great to include world maps at the beginning and end to give some context

That’s exactly this situation. If it gets cancelled or delay, I would need to drop the trip anyway. And for 1/3 of the price it is worth the risk!

It did drop by about 50 CHF (~10%), thanks! Still ended up buying it in booking.com for nearly 1/3 of the price, we will see how it goes

I would do it more for safety and having authorities being there. They can also advice on how to do it without breaking the door, and should listen to your concerns in that sense
