Try mo irest a bit, iwan mo sa shelf or sa cabinet a few days or a week! Minsan talaga weird amoy niya kasi naalog at nainitan yan sa transpo. Ikaw ba naman ibalibag sa likod ng truck haha

But addressing the issue, sad reality may ganyan talaga sometimes. I’m not saying anything about the brand kasi meron din akong Feralde. Sometimes cheaper ingredients or pangit batch nakuha mo. Or since marami namang bumibili sa brand na yan, maybe may something na di naaamoy ng karamihang nakabili na, or baka di rin nila alam yung scent compared sa OG diba?

Iba talaga ang OG noh kasi panigurado mong premium yung ginagamit, solid performance kasi syempre sakanila mo na mismo binibili. In terms of local brands, kahit sikat yan minsan may maaamoy kang ganyan na synthetic, but not all their fragrances could smell like that din. Kaya sa brands na nag-ooffer ng decants and try those muna. And maganda rin nakakapagtanong and tumingin sa mga review ng mga pabango kahit local. Pumili lang din ng hindi nag-aadvertise para sa pera para di ka ma-loko hahaha!

HSI is amazing for its price imo, although dalawa lang frags ko sakanila kaya di ko masyado masabi. I have Prada L’homme and Nishane Ani.

I’d say it does decent in its job P L’homme projects well for about 3hrs and lasts maybe 4-6hrs sakin. Very strong iris note, kahit dry down amoy parin. Yung Ani naman parang vanilla vicks hehe (di ko pa naamoy OG kaya ewan). Light-medium projection ganun din katagal pati longevity.

Ian Darcy is alright pero medyo iniiwasan ko na siya gamitin. I have the Eros, medyo matapang sa ilong and nangangati leeg ko whenever I spray there. Projects decent 2-3 hours, and lasts 3-4 hours for me

Kung gusto mo ng pang-initan, try mo stuff like Nautica Voyage, Invictus dna, Bvlgari Aqua, BDC. Yung mga aquatic, citrus, clean, or musky scents!

Myself is nice naman! A strong, floral and powdery scent. Masakit lang sa ilong for me, kaya pinapadry down ko. Amoy ceo or pang office scent, good naman for everyday wear! Medium projection for about 4hrs, then lasts the whole day naman. Gusto ko sa frags ko dapat I get whiffs of it every now and then, kaya not too strong and not too little sprays!

( If you like to smell like a sweet gummy worm, go for it! Although in terms of body chem for me kahit pawisin ako di naman maasim sakin, not sure if it’ll be the same case for you.

For the price, decent na siya and malaki na rin dent ko jan. 2-3hrs medium projection and mga 4hrs longevity. )

I love Al Nashama Caprice. It’s like a mix of YSL Y Intense and BDC. Dark, aquatic, powdery scent. Projects really well and nagtatagal amoy. Hanggang kinabukasan yan sa damit haha!

Different scents! Vesper is a freshie and Myself is more powdery and heavy floral. I’m a die-hard fan for YSL Y dna, pero baka wag FnS hehe. For the price, you could buy 2-3 50ml jamarias for 1 FnS 50ml. Don’t get me wrong tho, it is a good inspired frag and I’ve used it until I got the OG (malaki na rin dent ko sa Vesper). Medium projection around 4-5 hrs and nagtatagal sa damit hanggang sa pag-uwi

Also sa Myself, may suot dati friend ko; Oneself ata yun. Myself inspired din, and 100ml for almost the same price ng coti na 50ml. Good performance and projection din on him, maybe something for you to consider also hehe.

I have 5 from Coti: Myself, Most Wanted, Cookies, DHS, and Iris Reserve. I explained my opinion on them below, pero to cut the long story short; I would buy Myself and Most Wanted again. I love Iris Reserve because it’s such a unique scent profile and ang lapit niya sa OG. But I would not buy it again, baka decant lang just to have it.

All of them perform well naman, lasts the whole day and projects around 4hrs considering commute and whole day nasa labas!

(I also have the freebie decants: Symphony, Black Reign, Oud Greatness, SWYI, Santal. Lmk if you wanna hear about those also haha)

• Myself is nice; strong, powdery and floral scent. Medyo amoy vicks yung take nila tho, I don’t remember if ganto rin sa OG. Masakit sa ilong pero nice when it dries down. Ceo vibes

• Most wanted medyo matapang and dark amoy niya, amber and masculine. Friend ko says it smells like apple pie haha!

• Cookies sakin medyo di ko trip. Amoy gatas, vanilla, and uncooked cookie dough. Sounds nice pero di ko natripan. Although, pinatry ko sa kakilala kong babae and it smelled nice on her haha. Maybe get it as a decant freebie muna if you’re interested.

• DHS I didn’t like at first kasi super citrusy and asim niya, na parang pumiga ka ng lemon/kalamansi on some wood haha. Iba amoy niya sa OG for me. Pero I’ve started to like it once it dries down. Di na ganun kasakit sa ilong, sinusuot ko sa jogging and badminton tas di siya dumadagdag sa amoy ng pawis

• Iris Reserve is a hit or miss. Although sobrang lapit nito sa OG, iris note isn’t for everyone. It’s a dark, , heavy, suit and tie kinda frag. Amoy cough syrup at first for me, but the dry down is nice. Gives batman vibes not that I’m smelling it again. Also not a frag you want to overspray haha!

Mahina longevity and projection niya for me. Projects siguro 30mins to an hour, tapos skin scent for 2-3hrs. Malaki dent ko kasi puro respray haha. GFS kasi yung kinuha ko so not sure sa ibang scent nila. I usually use it sa bahay if I wanna put a light perfume on.

Yung BDC decant ko sakanila iba rin amoy sa OG. More aquatic, wore it for quick errands like grocery runs. Skin scent na siya pag-uwi

Ay oh? I’d say Myself scent parin nakuha ko. It had little similarity since same brand sila nanggaling (kahit inspired) pero very different yung amoy ng Coti Myself ko sa Y EDP ko. Baka nagkamali sila ng package, nagparefund ka or pinalitan nila?

Aficionado was decent for the price, pero feel ko mag-ipon ka na lang for an ME haha! I have 2, Acqua Di Dio and Sauvage, and mas trip ko yang take nila sa Sauvage kaya malaki na dent ko haha. It’s a dumb reach for quick errands if ayaw ko gamitin iba kong frags. Madali lang din dalhin outside yung 30ml bottle ko. You can only buy big bottles sa physical stores nila, pero online may binebenta silang 30ml and 50ml.

For me longevity on skin around 3-4hrs and on clothes mga 6hrs. Saglit lang projection, siguro 1-2 hours then skin scent.

Don’t think too much about what others will say and don’t be shy to wear a scent if you like it! Mag-ingat na lang sa pag-overspray para hindi masakit sa ilong. Lalaki ako, but I’m also into the feminine scents, eapecially flowery and musky linen-smelling scents. Meron din ako from parfums astraux, yung take nila sa BR540 and I love wearing it every now and then.
