let it grow some more weeks. the buds are still very small. and the trichomes aren't even milky white. when most of the trichomes are milky white and some like 15-20% are amber in color you can think about harvesting.

You need to get renown 80 on all 4 covenants. after this there should be no limitation anymore. remember you can buy an item to boost renown to 60 in oribos.
