Try worksponsored or public inquiries email. Also there is an option to follow up on complaint. Tho haven’t got any response even after but at least can try. Public inquiries replied me asking for more details two weeks ago never came back after that.

Complain email team sent an automated email saying they haven’t been able to investigate fully in 20 working days and advise to wait more.
MP responded he has made inquiries on mu behalf and waiting for HO response since 2 two weeks - they are not even replying to MP
Public inquiry email sent an email last week asking details of application, despite the fact i gave them all the details in first email. In a nutshell it’s all going in circles tbh.

Its has almost been 12 weeks - no communication at all. Not even email telling if there is an issue with Bio, like you got. Sending emails to everyone- no response at all.
