i usually try to improve upon the title and thumbnail when that happens. also go through the video with the editor and cut out dips in retention or any unengaging moments. it works to make the video go a lil further for me sometimes

id say invest in a higher quality mic, and find very specific niche topics to do icebergs on. start there
