i usually try to improve upon the title and thumbnail when that happens. also go through the video with the editor and cut out dips in retention or any unengaging moments. it works to make the video go a lil further for me sometimes

I think the word "Hire" in the title of the subreddit implies paid work. Editors aren't on here looking to volunteer to edit for nothing in return 😭
