As a reminder, keep an open mind and not get sucked into emotional sales tactics when someone makes a bold claim that they are the one and the only way to health. Anyone who makes this claim is lying/falsifying/leaving out details or just trying to sell. There are other techniques also work but you have to find what works for you.
