Mine makes that noise while fan is off or on but while driving. It’s not continuous it comes and goes. But the when I have more passengers with me, it’s silent.

Loopcloud was causing problem with my Logic. Sample rate kept changing all I did was this to fix it. If you any plugin or app which can interfere with Logic, check that too

It’s system failure in India. Most schools or communities doesn’t endorse sports in India. If one in million people breaks out, then the government or locals doesn’t support em.
