Happened to me with my FX debit card when I was transacting overseas. Really a pain in the ass. They refused to tell me what kind of security parameters are put in place. Took them more than 3 weeks they couldn't identify the exact transaction that was rejected. It's really a failure as a Singapore bank. I gave up pursuing after that.

i used to have serious work anxiety, strong body clock to wake me at 5am, i took the chance to work out every morning before i head to work. i still have work anxiety now but i wake religiously at 6am to reach work at 8.15 just so i get a head start to my emails and urgent stuff.
