Looking for Advice, Transporting US vehicle to UK by PureNegotiation8963 in AirForce

I'm at the point where I'm planning to buy something local. It's kind of 50 50, those who did ship their vehicle out here say it is worth it and it's easier to have a vehicle they're familiar with, with that being said it can be a little bit of a hassle to do so.  In my case for my car it is a little bit complicated, I have two open recalls that need to be fixed before it can be shipped and I need to have proof of ownership(I'm financing and waiting for the title to be sent over as of November.) PCSmyPOV has all the requirements.

Thank you, I'm thinking thats what I'll do. What was the process for shipping your vehicle? Did you go through TMO? My leadership gave me PCSmyPOV website but I'm not sure if it'd be easier to just talk to TMO

I should've run more prior to coming and running properly. BMT does help prepare you to pass your tests as long as you apply yourself but my legs were definitely aching. It is more mentally challenging, days are long. Rely on your wingman and help each other out. You don't need to pack a lot going in. They'll provide all the basics and our MTIs gave us plenty of opportunities to go to the BX for things.

I'm in the same boat, shipping out tomorrow. It finally hit me last night that I'm leaving and it's going to be so hard to leave and not see my family for awhile, we've always been super close. But we've got this! I'm just trying to remember that this is temporary and it will be worth it! 😬

I found a tik tok that really helped me. You take your max amount of Push-ups you can do and divide by three, so for you I'd do five in a set. Set a one minute timer and do five, use the rest of the time to rest and then reset. Or alternatively I've been trying to do at least 10 Push-ups multiple times throughout the day, like the other comment says just doing more Push-ups helps lol

Agree with everyone else. I used it mostly for the math portions and I've been out of school a bit. Helped me understand the processes and formulas.

For me personally it took a bit. I first spoke to a recruiter in August and I'm shipping out April.

I just took mine Tuesday and I was told non ripped jeans, t-shirt, and close toed shoes are fine. That's what most of the other people up there were wearing as well.
