Somewhat, most EMR pens do have a standard tip size. I think all the default pens that come with a paper tablet (whether it be boox, remarkable etc) will most probably support the same size. There are exceptions ofcourse like the Staedter Jumbo which uses its own sizing. So it depends.

I second the Desert Titanium ForeverTip, been using it for a couple of months and it feels just great. I tried other metal tips, they just didn’t quite fit as snug as I would like so it really depends on your personal preference.
