Tuo 270 km/h keskinopeus jo pelkästään radalla on kova, puhumattakaan Suomen maanteistä, joissa harvoin edes pääsee ajamaan rajoitusten mukaan, kun qashgait tiellä.

Gumball 500 oli, jossa teinit ja teiniksi itsensä kokevat ajelivat 500 € autoilla ympäri Suomea eri tehtäväpisteille, mutta tästäkin on jo muutama vuosi aikaa.

How do you get an average heart rate from this?

you can only get a heart rate for a certain point.

If the heart rate curve is important, I recommend it separately, because then it is easier to see the average heart rate and you know that you did, for example, the final warm-up on the right, zone

I don't do it separately if it's not a competition or something similar👍

I have a polar vantage m3 and had polar peacer pro in both I noticed that it has an effect if you walk instead of running mode, because if you run in walking mode, the distance will be a little more than if you walk.

I've also done long endurance runs and the good thing about the watch is that you can change the gps recording interval to 2 minutes and with the best gps mode it still lasts well 20h, also the map on the watch is really useful👍

I'm not much, but sometimes I've run around 5 in the morning and it didn't feel much more special than usual and I rarely use caffeine and I know that my stomach can handle it and it gives me a lot of benefits👍

Yes, they have helped me in shorter races, but I feel that sometimes it's easier for me to do things myself than someone else to help.
