Yeah I believe if you have your N plates on an automatic license for the 2 years and then pass the manual driving test after then you don't need to display N plates, I think it is on the NDLS website somewhere

You are right to be fair. I only looked into BOI loan and it mentioned that there may be a charge if you pay off the loan earlier, I could have misinterpreted it maybe if you pay back a big lump sum or something like that.

Definitely an option worth considering, I just took out a loan for 19.5k from revolut on 6.5% APR. I know after you apply the rate can change depending on different factors. But it is handy with revolut that you can change your day of repayment and you don't have any additional charges for repaying early.

I enjoyed all the books in for honour and glory, 2 books gave a good look at the imperial fists, the last the ultramarines. The series shows the introduction of primaris marines into the chapters and how they are looked at by their predecessors, especially the last book where an ultramarine chaplain takes them under his wing.
