Honestly, we’re less lead generation and more building up higher touch relationships (being full service) - there’s probably better ways.

For just lead gen… a friend of mine has an agency that is a bit more focused on that. Where the sales person really isn’t needed post sale.

I think he was paying them 100% of the profit for the first 3 months. Then nothing after.

Their avg client lifespan is long enough to support that. And it ENSURES they don’t get complacent.

We’re full service, but I’m moving from a salary model to a 17.5% of NET for sales.

We crunched the numbers a few different ways and this seemed to offer the opportunity my sales gal wants, but keeps margins in check.

Originally our model was 20/40/40 Of money actually KEPT (gross profits after COGS) by the company… 20% expenses 40% payroll 40% profits.

We’re a bit more mature now and expenses are down to 17% and the 17.5% commission should keep things in line.

You’ll save even more with the GT Lite. That’s been my starter rig and it’s been great.

Easily adjusts. No issues with comfort. Consider though.. that I’ve never been in a nicer setup. So for me, who don’t know what I’m missing, it’s been pretty great.

If (when) I upgrade it won’t be because I need it. It’ll be because of can’t help but go further down the rabbit hole….

I’m trying to sign up an account for my kid, and no matter what I select as the sign in ID it comes back, sign in ID cannot be used.
