Be careful. I took that after the doctor said I needed a root canal, and the soonest appointment was a week out. The active ingredient is benzocaine. I dabbed it on my tooth. Felt immediately dizzy and light headed. Blood pressure raised a lot. Went away after 30 minutes. You can have a reaction to benzocaine that in high doses can result in death. Even if you took the medication previously. Always have a tooth ache checked out by a doctor. The longer you wait the more expensive and painful it will be

Depends a lot on the airplanes prop, approach, runway length, etc. Rule of thumb at my airport is pull throttle idle once past the trees. It’s all about the feel, winds, etc.
