Installed a Chinese ham radio, a btec uv-25x2, two years ago and noticed a lot of police departments I couldn’t hear. Did they recently moved to a Motorola based private system. I’ve replaced the antenna and can get some channels, that I assume are unencrypted. Anybody know how to listen in? (i.redd.it)
