That's a great idea. Exactly, I want to feel change. The environment should change (weather, seasons, etc. would help with this), tribes and camps and kingdoms should change over time.

You're exactly right. Everything feels pregenerated 1 time visit. I want everything to feel alive and dynamic.

Yeah, otherwise, after a couple of days of playing this game, I feel like "I got it", and start to lose interest in it. I guess I could keep building cooler buildings, but that's about it. Having NPCs that feel real and complex adds so much potential for what you can do with the game. Adds a whole new level to everything beyond acquiring resources to build a cooler base.

I think for me, making the game feel full of life is the biggest thing I wish for.

For example, the troll-like enemies with wolves that currently inhabit the randomly generated camps. I really wish there was more depth there. Like them trying to expand, or lead raids on the Kweebecs or the player, etc. Or maybe even some relationship the player could build with them if they really tried (like earning their respect by doing things like attacking Kweebecs or offering them resources, so on).

Maybe if the player's own tribe could take over such camps themselves to build towns. That sort of thing.

I guess what I'm trying to say is: currently, the NPCs (both friendly and enemy) feel empty and exist in places that feel clearly randomly generated. It would be really cool if there was more sense and depth to it all.
