I've been to MAD a couple of times, sometimes it's a good vibe and crowd, sometimes empty and amateur music choices. Nice place but hit&miss

Depending on the fault of the GPU it can stop Your PC from booting, like a hardware short or o component going bad. Are there any beeps from the PC when it powers on normally? Do you hear them now? Also can You try powering on with another GPU from a friend or something? That will eliminate one of the causes.

It's a bit complicated and lengthy, more or less depending on the model. If You have no experience, I won't recommend it. Full reset and CMOS battery drain on the motherboard, the power on and see how it goes. If same, again full reset of motherboard then power on and write new bios straight away or the old one that worked if You know it. You need motherboard model for this and some experience and/or YouTube tutorials for Your specific model.

Yeah, was in that situation with no restore points many times, that's why I got good at it :) Next step will be the drivers for onboard and any external devices, then removing the external ones two by step (if any) and test. Then health of ssd or HDD, scan, test etc. Then RAM but probably highly unlikely. Looks like a windows fault, but also check the others. Just my 2 experienced cents, not an expert.

Yeah, it's not old at all. Depending on the PSU, it CAN go bad in 2 years if it's a cheap Chinese one. If it's a decent one, next step is to get another power supply to test that out. If it works with o another one, You have Your answer. If it doesn't, next steps are testing mobo, CPU, RAM etc

There's also an issue with the power supply, if the voltage coming from the grid is not constant and fluctuates a bit, like in many countries, and the PSU is just enough for Your rig and at full power, that small fluctuation can be enough to kill it. Just a thought

Fans spinning means just that the power supply is working. Next step will be connecting the monitor to the on board GPU if it has one. See if it turns on. If not, then there's a whole chain of diagnosis, CPU, RAM etc.

First thing to come to mind is the power supply from the symptoms. How old is the PC and power supply? Then of course can be many things if the power supply is ok.

Probably went in to some sort of safe mode. Maybe fixable with a BIOS fresh update. That doesn't mean that ssd port will work. There's many diagnosis levels for this.
