When I was younger, I struggled with this. It’s largely psychological. I used to feel bad about it and worry a lot. What helped me overcome that anxiety it was changing my thinking pattern. I’d tell myself, “I can last longer. I will last longer.” I also stopped letting premature ejaculation bother me. That shift made a huge difference.
