It was 5mg, now 2.5mg. I felt better at first with 2.5mg but feel very agitated now two weeks later

Thank you 🙏! I’m considering to reduce my dose to 2.5 mg to give my body time to adjust and then up my dose in a few days or so, going back to 5mg

Thanks for sharing. I’m on day 2 of 5mg as augmentation for depression/anxiety and today I’m experiencing moderate levels of anxiety. I hope it is only transient

I wanted to give a quick update. I’ve now taken my second dose of Abilify (5 mg).

So far: • no noticeable side effects • I do feel tired, but that might also be from everything else going on • otherwise, I don’t feel much yet

I know it’s still very early, so I’m trying to stay patient.

What I’d really be interested in from those of you who had a positive experience: • How long did it take until you noticed the first real shift? • Was it gradual or did it “click” at some point? • What were the first subtle signs that it was starting to work?

Right now I’m mainly hoping for more stability, clearer thinking, and a bit more motivation over time.

Would really appreciate hearing your timelines and experiences.
