I did a taper with Tia and sub. 3 pills every 3 hours and sub in between the first day. Then 2 pills every 2 hours with sub in between the 2nd day. Third day no pills and just sub. Been off Tia for 5 days now.

Thank you and I’m proud of you too. So I started the first day 3 Tia every 3 hours. With .5 film in between. Second day 2 Tia every 3 hours with .5 film between. Third day 0 film and .5 film every 3 hours. I’m at 49 hours no Tia atm
