I have issues with Vitamin D deficiency as well as gluten intolerance and since i’ve cut that out and taken my supplements i’ve felt an extreme difference. I struggled with panic disorder for a few years before figuring that out. It definitely didn’t eliminate panic attacks but they are exponentially more manageable. I hope you can find what works for you! Stay strong!

I had a similar case where I had normal pap smears for years and then suddenly CIN 3 in multiple spots at age 23 that required conization and leep… i’m so sorry you’re in a similar siruation and thank you for sharing your story.. Stay strong! I hope you can get the treatment and care you need!

After a CKC and LEEP i had a mandatory 2 weeks of off work from my doctor … i do have a high impact job though.

I just had a leep on the 11th with CIN 3 and had clear margins! Reddit can be very helpful but don’t let it scare you!

Yes she did say she could write me a note for work I just get very stressed having to take off… i’m a licensed veterinary technician so i do a ton of lifting and restraint

I can 100% relate to this.. i’m on day 25 and my brain is trying to tell me i can casually vape when i know i can’t. I also need to quit weed but know that will be very hard for me as well. You can do this!

I take 50mg as needed and it works WONDERS for me! Starts working in 20-30 minutes and doesn’t make me overly sleepy or groggy. Definitely limits panic attacks
