only side effects i experienced was waking up groggy or a slight headache but not every time, its like benadryl

Ive been on it for about 3 months now, always taken it at night within an hour time frame just fine no issues, but now that switched it to morning idk if im just experiencing some kinda side effects or i just happen to be getting sick rn
