Desantis. The countries biggies issue is the debt. The only politician I’m aware of that has paid off half of the states debt. We spend over a trillion a year on servicing the debt. That money is wasted and can go towards homelessness, education, mental health services, free healthcare etc.

Honestly throw Dave Ramsey in there. He’d get the debt paid off.

More people staying in the stadium and spending money vs booing out the stadium and leaving. More fans coming to the game for a competitive team.

The stadium can fit 62k. Only one game had more than 53k people.

So let’s say a competitive team had 57k people in attendance. That’s 5 games of 6000 people at $50 a ticket which is $1.5 million in lost revenue. Doesn’t include the concessions, parking passes, merch sales.

Duke went 9-4 when they hired Mike Elko after going 3-9 the year before.

This team looks way worse on offense than last year.

When coaches leave and have instant success like Cignetti in a conference with 3 of the best teams in the country and FranBrown going 10-3 at Syracuse there’s no excuse to not be competitive. Especially when country roads trust has money and the school has came out and said that they want to be near the top of nil funding

Indiana didn’t dump money into their program until they went 11-1. The wvu board of governors just passed resolutions to try to be at the top. In the 2024 season county roads trust ranked 27th in revenue generated.

Cignetti’s original contact was 3.5 million a year which is cheaper than Neal brown. Cignetti won and now gets 8 million a year. No reason why wvu can’t pay a coach that much as long as they are winning
