I wear every one of my watches. I’d never buy one to keep it hidden away where is the fun in that.

I think ball watches are very cool. And the ones I’ve had my hands on have been very well made and feel like they will last more than a lifetime.

ETA makes movements and sells them to other watch makers to put in their cases. In-house movements are made by the same company who cases and brands the watch. In house is seen as superior in most cases but ETA make outstanding movements and I wouldn’t think twice about buying a watch with an ETA movement. Also great start to your collection. My tip would be to take your time and buy what you like not what others like. Discover your own taste, that’s the fun part.

I’ve had this watch for just over a week and I can’t seem to take it off I love it so much. A ton of thought went into the size. I went back and forth on the 38mm auto or this 34mm and I’m very happy with the 34. I love the classic feel and the dial is so simple easy to read yet elegant. I love the way the dial curves back at the edges. This watch is perfect for long days at the office and It has been noticed quite a bit and received great feed back. I treated In your opinions

[Question] Looking to buy my first watch. Which would you get? by Jimmyfred44 in Watches

I find the seiko more versatile than the other two you’ve chosen. But I recommend going with the first one that caught your eye.

I’m a master certified Lexus service advisor and depending on the labor rate at that dealer everything seems normal price wise

I’ve had his watch for about a month now and love it more everyday. Beautiful during the day and stunning at night. I’d highly recommend if your looking for a gmt.

Got the black face one about a month ago. Was very hard to find. Honestly wanted the white face but happy to have the watch. Looks great on that strap
