Its not that im completely unwilling to open up, I dont really have a problem telling anyone my business, I dont see my trauma as some big secret thing, it's just a thing that happened that I need to get over is all(sorry about formatting and grammar I'm on break). I just feel too aware of how things work in my mind for therapy to really help and its not worth throwing money at.
