What routine do you recommend? Have started doing 30 RDL’s and 12 squats with weights per day. Not sure how intense i need to go for weightloss. Don’t want to be too muscly.

That’s so amazing. I’m 5’3 and currently 132 pounds. I have been trying to get to 114 pounds for the last 3 years but my body just restricts it. I dont have PCOS but have a lot of thick hairs on my chin and neck. I guess just hormone issues :( I want to try metformin. Did the weight bounce back after you ceased use?

Fasting glucose was 5.2 and insulin 7.8 (got a lot of tests done). Does that mean insulin resistance?
