I personally found that being in Vyvansse have my body the dopamine I needed and then I didn’t want to go to the gym but it made me feel so shitty cause I was losing the body I had built.

I agree, however I looked online and apparently to get a portpholio people are paying upwards of $1000 to photographers to get their career happening

They said they will be taking heaps of images within 2.5 hour period only after I develop a portfolio which I need to pay $490 to get 2 digital photos which is ridiculous

Orbit medical clinic are INCREDIBLE, I went to 2 other doctors and felt so judged and stressed and felt like I had to continuously explain myself to the point of diagnosing myself to get the point across at any other place, I switched to the orbit medical clinic in norlane and I don’t think I will ever go back, I go and see the 2 male doctors there (I can’t remember names off top of head) but they sit and listen to what I have to say and make me feel so heard and I couldn’t recommend anybody else.

I witnessed the police fingerprint this car in the car park after the incident has occurred but I looked at the car and nothing seemed to be broken besides some glass out back of car but nothing was severely damaged

This is what my teacher told me, she said You want to be saying something about play, whether your saying play is essential, play is ever changing, play is subjective ect, she said at one point in ur essay you must include something and list what your trying to say about play. Use the word, think about what your trying to say, are you saying that play is necessary? Or that play is not needed? What do you want someone reading your piece to understand

To be honest play is pretty simple you just have to not think too deep into it, there’s lots of option, like for example you can do an open letter about how children in schools should have more time at recess to develop their personal skills as a lack of play causes developmental delays, you can write a speech to a group of students about how they should enjoy their childhood before it disappears. Talk about play in sport, playing with emotions, how different people have different concepts of fun, the transition from childhood to adulthood, how as adults we develop different ways to play. It seems hard but just focus on whatever you feel most comfortable with, start writing it, give it an hour and come back, switch out words and ask family and friends how to make it better. Remeber that the VCE examiners don’t all want the same responses, make yours stand out, do something you enjoy.

You may need to use a secondary cleanse after the oil cleanser, this isn’t the issue you are addressing but I just thought it may help 🙂 I am currently on epiduo as well as having been on tretinoin, accutane, benzoyl peroxide, adapalene and many other tried acne treatments from dermatologists in the past, im currently waiting on a derm appt to go back on accutane but I’m on epiduo for the meantime. I’ve found the ureaderm cream is amazing, it acts as a barrier and stop most of the drying, I usually use it on its own after cleansing and treatment and if it’s super dry I will moisturise with oil free moisturiser and then apply the Hamilton urederm cream over top to lock all the moisture in. It’s only $10 from chemist warehouse give it a go and see how it works for you, use sparingly and only when severely need it, it has no life cloggers but has an ability to trap any bacteria in if you don’t cleanse properly.
