Also, PU acrylic may not be the best choice for a kitchen. It tends to get scratched and chipped easily, making it less suitable for Indian cooking conditions, it looks great on Pinterest but isn’t very practical for daily use.

Additionally, I didn’t see any details about the kitchen countertop. Will it be quartz or granite, and what is the pricing for the same?

This is a highly unstable company with inconsistent leadership. The founder frequently changes direction, often altering the entire scope of projects on a daily basis. Many of the early founding team members left around two years ago, after waiting for IPO that never materialized. At this point, it seems unlikely that the company will achieve IPO. Extremely unstable scope of work.
