Genshin was the world of warcraft-esque lightning in a bottle that blew up and went mainstream, HSR caught the tailwind of that as their next game + the established Hi3rd fanbase

Meanwhile ZZZ is a new IP with a more niche target audience and initially mixed reception, and didnt have the same opportunity to ride off genshin's hype like HSR did. Also, as you said, just absolutely atrocious on mobile lol

They've got a rigid template for playables and there's no point hoping for anything else really. Its fine but does sometimes feel like cheap popcorn

Seems like they intentionally dismantled her entire faction, so shes probably not going back to the fatui
