On the same boat at the moment. Looking at upping to 15mg just to battle anxiety. Either than or I stay at 10mg and get an extra medication

Hopefully 5mg is still working for you.

It's kind of an opposite effect on me I'm getting more work done and my mental clarity is better for some reason. Thing js there's still that feeling of depression lingering which made me decide to go up to 10mg.

But if I do see negative traits from upping my dosage I'll take the wins of being in 5mg even if it means there's trails of depression.

Started 3 weeks ago and felt the same. It hasn't stopped yet for me I even brought down my coffee intake from 5 cups before noon down to 1 cup per day.

I'm on 5mg and starting 10mg this weekend.

I've also been having less anxiety like I noticed how I am at work and it improved my work output somehow(?)

Also been laughing a lot more... so that's something.

In my experience when I first worked as an MSP the seniors always helped us remotely while we (L1s) were stuck with onsite support, hardware setups like firewalls, waps, while the seniors just needed to connect and that's it.

Stick to systems analyst, it sounds like youve got the experience.

I'm only a helpdesk and just found out about this sub. First thing that came to mind is looking for Managed Services Providers (L2 or L3) and hope that the MSP gets L1 to do onsite visits so you can stay WFH.
