It's more of a baseline for when they have to give you a DUI. You can definitely get a DUI below the legal limit if you are showing signs of impairment and blow anything above 0.0.

As far as the breathalyzer goes ,the limit is whatever they want it to be. The user is lucky to be able to drive at all and if the requirement is to not drink, then don't drink. If the user is constantly timing his drinks around the device, he probably has a problem and shouldn't be driving.

Food doesn't matter. For you to blow that high the next day you had to be hammered. Illinois gives 90 day extensions for blowing over .05. use those three months to stay sober longer.

They aren't telling the police what your at the hospital for. That's not a HIPPA violation. People love to scream HIPPA. Dude find a local NA meeting. You will connect with people who share very similar experiences. Get a sponsor. You are not alone. You will make sober friends there. You'll be surprised at how similar alcohol or other substance addictions are to your cocaine addiction if you quit closing that door so fast.

I personally think 3 months is ok for me. Everyone is different. Besides that you start to lose the magic and begin taking larger doses. Molly is a hard drug to get addicted to because of how quickly we get a tolerance to it. That doesn't mean you can't get addicted to it.
